Cancellation Policy
•Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
• No Call/No-Show will incur 100% cancellation fee.
• Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled to ensure the quality of service and to respect other clients’ scheduled appointments.
• Lash fill appointments should be booked every 2–3 weeks to maintain your lash extensions.
• If you have less than 40% of your lash extensions remaining at the time of your fill appointment, your service will be considered a full set, and full-set pricing will apply.
• To ensure the best results and longest lash retention, please arrive with clean lashes free of mascara, eyeliner, eye makeup, and strip lash adhesive.
